SBIS Relief Operations at BSU

SBIS offered its help for the victims of the Taal’s volcanic eruption. Batangas City which is one of the most affected areas, the school team delivered the first batch of consumable goods for the victims inside the evacuation center of Batangas State University (BSU) on January 16, 2020 at 10:30 AM, Thursday.

Altruistic volunteers from the SBIS faculty and staff offered their hand to distribute all the collected goods from their parents, students and neighboring communities of Calamba City which were initiated by the school, to the helpless victims who some of them are from those danger zones which still cannot be visited as Taal is still posing threats to erupt at any time.

Amidst the tragedy, victims still remain positive and grateful to have fellow human beings helping them to pass the day. Hence, the SBIS community would like thank their donors who have helped our educational institution to collect more for our fellow Filipinos in Batangas who are suffering right now due to this catastrophe.
